Overview:
The SLG-7000 pure water smoke generator is suitable for the air flow pattern camera and video recording in clean workshops and local clean environments.
According to ISO14644-3 and the new GMP, the acceptance of the clean room requires an evaluation of the airflow direction.
The SLG-7000 pure water smoke generator can produce high-concentration water vapor (particle size range: 1-10um, concentration above 80%), high visibility and no pollution. When the water vapor is emitted in the clean room, there is no measurable residual material.
The SLG-7000 pure water smoke generator can be used in semiconductor and pharmaceutical clean workshops.
